For the general machine tool CNC machining center, the NC machine has high machining accuracy, good dimensional stability, low labor intensity, and convenient for modern management. However, because of improper operation or programming errors, the tool or tool holder is easily hit on the workpiece or machine tool. The light person will break the tool and the machined parts. Therefore, from the point of view of maintaining accuracy, it is not allowed to collide with the machine tool or workpiece in the use of NC machine tools. The following causes of the collision knife are summarized and analyzed.
As the CNC machining center is locked by software, when the automatic operation button is pressed, it is not intuitively locked in the simulation interface when the automatic operation button is pressed. In simulation, there is no tool setting. If the machine is not locked, it is easy to hit the knife. So before the simulation processing, we should confirm whether the machine is locked or not.
