Types of Boring in CNC Machining

10. Reaming: The workpiece should be positioned by a central drill before drilling with a bit 0.5-0.3 mm smaller than the drawing size. 16. DNC data transmission can be processed by pressing the return keyboard on the computer.

3. Contents and scope of workers’self-examination:

1. Processors must see clearly the contents of the process card before processing, know clearly the parts, shapes, sizes of the drawings to be processed, and know the processing contents of the next process.

2. Before clamping the workpiece, the blank size should be measured to meet the requirements of the drawings.
